David “Scott” Slusser, 56, passed away February 25, 2023 at his home. He was born in Bluffton, Indiana on January 26, 1967 to David and Mary Ann (Mikesell) Slusser.
He graduated from Columbus Grove High School. Scott served in the Army and was later employed as a truck driver. His greatest joy was his daughter and his grandchildren. He was an avid wood turner and enjoyed the companionship of his dog Nigel. He also played guitar, banjo, and drums.
In addition to his parents Scott is survived by his daughter Megan Slusser, three grandchildren Blaize, Haizley, and Greyson. He was preceded in death by his grandparents Gordon and Ruth Slusser, and Emerson and Marian Mikesell.
Visitation will be from 3-6pm on Tuesday, February 28 2023, at Hartman Sons Funeral Home. A celebration of life will follow at 6pm February 28, 2023, officiated by Pastor Kyle Thain. Burial will be at a later date in Vaughnsville Cemetery.
